Its hard to accept that the people we love and look up to aren't perfect. The important thing is that you know what you want, and that you act on your convictions. You get that Addy! check second hand book shops for good deals. The ones around here sell books for 50% off the publisher's price and one has a large selection of AG books. Not all of them are in great condition so you may have to search a bit but it beats losing ebay auctions! Definately get Addy! She's so pretty and her stories make me cry. I'm a pale white girl but it doesn't stop me from loving Addy and Kaya! I'm sorry you went through such a rough time with your grandmother. I just ignore my grandmother when she says stupid rude stuff- she's old and comes from a different time when things like that were normal. I still love her even if she doesn't always share my beliefs.
